Zygotes were injected with either tRF-GlyGCC oligo with modified bases (tRF-GlyGCC), tRF-Gly-GCC antisense oligo (tRF-GlyGCC Antisense), H3.3-GFP mRNA(GFP), tRF-GluCTC (tRF-GluCTC) or sperm small RNA from control or low protein animals.

Growth protocol |
Zygotes, generated by IVF using sperm from mice fed on control diet and oocytes from females on control diet, were microinjected 2 hours after IVF and then allowed to develop until late 2C stage in KSOM media. 32 hours post IVF the microinjected embryos were collected and frozen at -80C.
