CEL files and TXT files generated by Affymetrix GTYPE using the DM algorithm. The raw CEL files were imported into Partek software using its default settings. Control probes in Affymetrix SNP6.0 were excluded, and two pre-background adjustments were performed, adjust for fragment length and adjust for probe sequence. 'Signal' = Summarized signal [Lung_adeno_61_pairs_intensity.txt].
