Title RNA-seq profiling of forced expression of FoxF2 in Benign Prostate Hyperplasia

Summary Since the first forkhead transcription factor was identified, its family members have been implicated in a variety of cellular processes, including embryonic development and disease. The purpose of this experiment was to help understand the role of a transcriptional factor Foxf1 in human benign prostatic hyperplasia.
 
Overall design Two groups were profiled by RNA-seq: WPMY1 cells infected with control vector and cells infected with FOXF2.
