Overall design Next, we performed RNA-sequencing on OV cells treated with DMSO or R428, OV cells with AXL knockout and OV cells with SAM68 KO to map out common biological processes distinctive to respective cell type and to compare their gene expression profile
We performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of 1 cell line treated with AXL inhibition at two time points, AXL knockout cell line and SAM68 knockout cell line
