Title |
Impact of COP1 silencing on hepatoma and hepatocyte transcriptomics |
Organism |
Homo sapiens |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by array
|
Summary |
Transfection experiments aimed at understanding the role of COP1 in hepatocytes and hepatoma models
|
|
|
Overall design |
HuH-7 cells, HepG2 cells (hepatocyte-derived carcinoma cell line) or a lot of commercial primary hepatocytes (HMCPMS) from ThermoFisher Scientific were transfected for 96 h with 10 nM siRNA targeting either a RFWD2/COP1 or a control (NT1) siRNA. RNA was then harvested and the transcriptome analyzed by transcription array. Each file corresponds to a distinct biologic: the experiment was repeated on 2 -3 distinct occasions.
