Title |
Inhibition of SF3B1 by molecules targeting the spliceosome in Rh18 cells |
Organism |
Homo sapiens |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
In order to examine the effects of sudemycin D1 on the whole transcriptome, we exposed Rh18 cells to 1μM of drug for 8hr and after extraction, subjected RNA to RNAseq analysis. Control samples were treated with the vehicle (DMSO) alone and all analyses were conducted in triplicate.
