    1. In a model of congenital cardiac defect with increased pulmonary blood flow, soluble guanylate cyclase alpha (sGCalpha) was greater at 2 & 4 weeks, & sGCbeta & phosphodiesterase 5 (PDE5) were greater at 4 weeks; plasma BNP increased.
