Acts upstream of or within apoptotic nuclear changes; keratinization; and mitochondrion organization. Part of LUBAC complex. Is expressed in several structures, including cochlear ganglion; genitourinary system; heart; inner ear epithelium; and lung. Used to study atopic dermatitis.
