Data processing |
Reads were mapped using TopHat (Kim et al, 2013) v2.0.8 with -G option. Gene expression values and significantly differentially expressed genes were calculated using Cuffdiff (Trapnell et al, 2012) v2.1.1 with upper quartile normalization and weighting multi-mapping reads (-N -u options). Genome_build: BDGP5 Supplementary_files_format_and_content: Tab delimited text files. Gene expression values and statistical significance of differential expression calculated by CuffDiff.
