Total RNA was extracted by Trizol and purified by Direct-zol RNA MiniPrep (Zymo Research). RNA integrity was assessed by BioAnalyzer.

Data processing |
Microarray data were analyzed by Partek Genomics Suite 6.6 with quantile normalization and RMA background correction. A batch effect due to scan date was removed before One-way ANOVA analysis for differentially expressed genes between normal and WS fibroblasts.
