Title |
Single cell analysis of ROR-gamma-t-expressing immune cells in the mesenteric lymph nodes of healthy mice |
Organism |
Mus musculus |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
The focus of this study is to define the full spectrum of ROR-gamma-t-expressing immune cells in the mouse mesenteric lymph nodes of healthy mice. Results from this study may yield novel findings on the role of innate and adaptive lymphocytes in orchestrating immune tolerance, immunity and inflammation.

Overall design |
ROR-gamma-t+ immune cells were sorted from the mesenteric lymph nodes of ROR-gamma-t-EGFP mice and mixed at a 1:1 ratio of TCRb+ cells to TCRb- cells, to enrich the non-T cell population. Cells were pooled from two mice.
