Overall design |
Using FACS, we sorted single cells into 384 well plates for TSCs derived in the Rossant lab. TSCs are cultured in Tx conditions. Differentiated TSCs have undergone differentiation after 6 days in culture without Fgf4, Tgfb nor heparin. pTSCs are culture din LT21 conditions. Blastoid single cells are isolated from harvested blastoids formed using pTS1 pTSCs.
