Title Single cell transcriptome analysis of TSCs differentiated TSCs, pTSCs and pTSCs isolated from blastoid
Organism Mus musculus
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary We performed scRNA seq according to the CEL-seq2 protocol in order to define the equivalent developmental stages of TSCs

Overall design Using FACS, we sorted single cells into 384 well plates for TSCs derived in the Rossant lab. TSCs are cultured in Tx conditions. Differentiated TSCs have undergone differentiation after 6 days in culture without Fgf4, Tgfb nor heparin. pTSCs are culture din LT21 conditions. Blastoid single cells are isolated from harvested blastoids formed using pTS1 pTSCs.
