Title |
H3K27 acetylation and gene expression during late spermatogenesis |
Organism |
Mus musculus |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing Genome binding/occupancy profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
ChIP-seq for H3K27 acetylation and RNA-seq were performed during spermatogenesis. We analyzed two representative stages of spermatogenesis: purified pachytene spermatocytes (PS) undergoing meiosis; and postmeiotic round spermatids (RS) from adult testes.

|
Overall design |
ChIP-seq analyses using spermatocytes and spermatides from wild-type mice and RNA-seq analysis using spermatocytes and spermatides from Rnf8- and Scml2-dKO mice
