Title H3K27 acetylation and gene expression during late spermatogenesis
Organism Mus musculus
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Genome binding/occupancy profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary ChIP-seq for H3K27 acetylation and RNA-seq were performed during spermatogenesis. We analyzed two representative stages of spermatogenesis: purified pachytene spermatocytes (PS) undergoing meiosis; and postmeiotic round spermatids (RS) from adult testes.

Overall design ChIP-seq analyses using spermatocytes and spermatides from wild-type mice and RNA-seq analysis using spermatocytes and spermatides from Rnf8- and Scml2-dKO mice
