The coding region has been updated to extend the N-terminus to one that is more supported by available conservation data. This update was done because it was determined that the previous CCDS version represented a partial protein coding region, based on comparison to protein homologs including NP_689854.2. The use of an alternative upstream start codon would result in a protein that is 190 aa longer at the N-terminal.
