Samples taken at 4 time points: 1 hour prior to checkpoint blockade (24 samples) , 2 days after (16 samples) , 4 days after (16 samples), 6 days after (16 samples). Equal number of samples were taken from mice that respond and did not respond to checkpoint blockade.
