We analysed epigenetic status in EBV(+) GC cell lines to elucidate their contribution to tumorigenesis by performing ChIP-seq on H3K4me3, H3K4me1, H3K27ac, H3K27me3 and H3K9me3. Overall design: Examination of 5 different histone modifications in EBV(+) gastric cancer cells.
