Study: Gymnopus androsaceus growth on pine needles
show Abstracthide Abstract
Illumina HiSeq2500 technology was used to generate mRNA profiles from Gymnopus androsaceus grown on pine needles for 2, 5 and 10 months. Paired-end reads of 125 bp were generated and aligned to Gymnopus androsaceus reference transcripts using CLC Genomics Workbench 9. Overall design: mRNA profiles from Gymnopus androsaceus grown on pine needles for 2, 5 and 10 months were generated by Illumina HiSeq2500 sequencing (2x125bp). Three biological replicates from 2, 5 and 10 months were sequenced.
Sample: Gyman-10m-2

Library:
Instrument: Illumina HiSeq 2500
Strategy: RNA-Seq
Source: TRANSCRIPTOMIC
Selection: cDNA
Layout: PAIRED
Construction protocol: Total RNA was extracted from 800 mg of tissue per sample using the RNA PowerSoil Total RNA Isolation Kit (Mobio now Qiagen). Quantification and integrity check were conducted using an Experion Automated Electrophoresis Station (Bio-Rad, Hercules, CA, USA). cDNA libraries were prepared for sequencing using standard Illumina protocols by GeT (Génopole Toulouse Midi-Pyrénées, Auzeville, France)
