Study: Enrichment of various epigenetic histone marks in human myoblasts

WS234 cells are an immortalized human cell line. Here we have explored the distribution of histone marks (H3K27me3, H3K27ac, H3K4me3, H3K4me1, and H3K9me3) across the genome in proliferative conditions. Overall design: WS234 cells were grown in culture media for 48 hours and cells were trypsinized, counted and used for CUT&Tag studies. Two biological replicates per groups (total 12 samples) were subjected to CUT&Tag analysis using H3K27me3, H3K27ac, H3K4me3, H3K4me1, and H3K9me3 or IgG antibodies. Accumulation of modified histones across the genome was analyzed.
