C. elegans were cultivated under temperature cycles for circadian entraiment. Then, we depleted NHR-23 using auxin-induced degron system, and sampled worms under constant(CC) condition every 2 h. Overall design: Circadian transcriptome anaysis of nhr-23 knockdown and control condition, at 12 h time points with 2 replicates.
