To in-depth analyze the repertoire of B cells after the occurrence of recombination events joining SÙ to the IgH downstream regulatory region (3'RR) Overall design: Spleen B cell RNA samples from knock-in mice, comparing the endogenous IgM µ heavy chain transcripts (VDJ spliced onto MmCµ), versus endogenous mouse spliced IgG2b gamma heavy chain transcripts (VDJ spliced to MmG2b), versus spliced VDJ-hCµ transcripts obtained after recombination close to the ectopic knock-in human Cµ gene
