We determined that glucocorticoid (prednisolone) treatment affects oncogenic signaling in aggressive B-cell lymphomas. We sought to measure gene expression change in aggressive B-cell lymphoma cells by RNA-sequencing following prednisolone treatment. Overall design: HBL1, BL60, MD8, FL318, SUDHL5 and RAMOS cells were treated in duplicates with DMSO or 10 µM prednisolone for all cells except SUDHL5 with 25nm prednisolone for 6h and 24h.
