This analysis was performed to visualize the distinction between GMP-MoPs and other monocyte and neutrophil progenitors. Transcription factors differentially expressed between GMP-MoPs and cMoPs were selected. Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for MDPs, cMoPs, GMP, proNeu1, proNeu2, and GMP-MoPs.
