Study: Effect of CRISPR knockout of MLL, CSNK2A1 and SGF29 on gene expression profiles in acute myeloid leukemia U937 cells [RNA-seq]

To investigate the transcriptomic effects upon loss of CSNK2A1 (Casein kinase 2, CK2), MLL and SGF29 in the AML cell line U937 we performed CRISPR knockouts, as well as transduction with non-targeting controls, and harvested samples for bulk RNA-Seq. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of the different CRISPRko perturbations compared to non-targeting controls. Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for U937 cells and their knockout or control derivatives (MLL knockout, CSNK2A1 knockout, SGF29 knockout and non-targeting control).
