Study: Direct reprogramming of human fibroblasts towards beta-like cells
show Abstracthide Abstract
We reprogrammed human foreskin fibroblasts towards beta-like cells via adenovirus-mediated sequential introduction of five transcription factors (Ngn3, Pdx1, Mafa. pax4, Nkx2-2). At day 11 after initial viral infection, we isolated RNA and performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of 3 parental fibroblasts and 3 reprogrammed cell samples (corresponding to 3 independent reprogramming experiments) Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for fibroblasts and reprogrammed beta-like cells.
Sample: Control fibroblasts rep1
