Longissimus muscle samples were collected from angus-cross steers while being fed a high concentrate diet. Sample were collected on d 0, 92, and 124 of high concentrate feeding. Muscle samples were examined to evaluate the miRNA involved in bovine intramusclular fat deposition. Overall design: The study is comprised of 12 samples, there are 3 groups (0, 92, and 124 d of high concentrate feeding) with 4 replicates each.
