We investigated the effect of FBL and SNRD127 on rRNA 2'-O-Me in human leukemai cell Kasumi-1. Overall design: FBL and SNORD127 were knocked down or knocked out from leukemia cell line Kasumi-1. Then we re-expressed wildtype, mutant FBL, SNORD127 or the empty control in the knockdown/knockout cells.
