The goal of this study is to compare NGS-derived pancreatic acinar cell transcriptome profiling (RNA-seq) to analyze the alteration of transcriptional program depending on ERR gamma expression. Overall design: Gene expression profiling on ERR gamma conditional knock-out in pancreatic acinar cells.
