Heat shock-induced transcriptomic response in Chlamydia trachomatis Overall design: Mouse L929 cells infected with Chlamydia trachomatis L2 434/BU were incubated at 37 ?. At 15.5 h postinoculation, a set of cultures were incubated at 45 ? for 30 minutes. The remaining set of cultures were maintained at 37 ?. All cultures were terminated at 16 h postinoculation, total RNAs were extracted and sequenced.
