show Abstracthide AbstractIn this study, we introduce plasmid-wide CRISPR interference (CRISPRi) screens as a tool to dissect plasmid-associated fitness effects. We designed and performed CRISPRi screens targeting the globally distributed carbapenem resistance plasmid pOXA-48 in 13 different multidrug resistant clinical enterobacteria. The sequences encompassed under this Bioproject include the raw sequencing reads for the different timepoints (t0, t1, t2 and t3) and replicates (n = 3) for all the strains studied.
