SRX3733054: Long read Nanopore sequencing of Ignelater luminosus
1 OXFORD_NANOPORE (MinION) run: 824,248 spots, 2.5G bases, 1.9Gb downloads

Design: A 1D library was prepared from the same (~17 kbp) HMW DNA used for Chromium library preparation

Study: Ignelater luminosus isolate:TRF0915ILg1 Genome sequencing and assembly
show Abstracthide Abstract
The “cucubano”, Ignelater luminosus (formerly Pyrophorus luminosus), is a Puerto Rican bioluminescent click beetle from a related family (Elateridae) to fireflies, which uses a luciferase homologous to firefly luciferase and an identical luciferin, and thus represents a possible case of parallel evolution of a firefly-luciferin utilizing bioluminescent system. Here we report the Supernova assembled draft genome sequence for I. luminosus. We also provide RNA-Seq data from the "head" (prothorax + head), thorax, and abdomen.
Sample: Nanopore 1D sequencing library from Ignelater luminosus
