SRX3438759: Chromium linked read sequencing of Ignelater luminosus genomic DNA (HiSeqX) (Adult #1)
1 ILLUMINA (HiSeq X Ten) run: 408.8M spots, 123.5G bases, 51.2Gb downloads

Design: Chromium v1 library prep was prepared from HMW DNA, and sequenced on 1 lane of HiSeqX

Study: Ignelater luminosus isolate:TRF0915ILg1 Genome sequencing and assembly
show Abstracthide Abstract
The “cucubano”, Ignelater luminosus (formerly Pyrophorus luminosus), is a Puerto Rican bioluminescent click beetle from a related family (Elateridae) to fireflies, which uses a luciferase homologous to firefly luciferase and an identical luciferin, and thus represents a possible case of parallel evolution of a firefly-luciferin utilizing bioluminescent system. Here we report the Supernova assembled draft genome sequence for I. luminosus. We also provide RNA-Seq data from the "head" (prothorax + head), thorax, and abdomen.
Sample: 10X Chromium library v1 genomic sequencing
