SRX3230255: small RNA seq from control and cold treated Arabidopsis roots
1 ILLUMINA (Illumina HiSeq 4000) run: 11.1M spots, 272.9M bases, 131.4Mb downloads

Design: Small RNA with lengths of 18Ð30 nt were separated and purified using denaturing polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. Followed by sequential 3Õ and 5Õ RNA adaptor ligation to the small RNAs using T4 RNA Ligase. The adaptor ligated samples were then reverse transcribed and amplified by PCR to construct the final libraries. Then, the prepared libraries were sequenced using an Illumina HiSeq 4000 platform
