SRX2199233: TnSeq of Geobacter sulfurreducens: electrode outgrowth - reads
1 ILLUMINA (Illumina HiSeq 2500) run: 59.5M spots, 892.5M bases, 647.1Mb downloads

Study: Geobacter sulfurreducens MN1 genomic and expression studies
show Abstracthide Abstract
Geobacter sulfurreducens is a model dissimilatory metal-reducing Deltaproteobacterium widely distributed in freshwater sediments and subsurface environments. Resequencing revealed that the genome of the wild-type strain belonging to the laboratory of Daniel Bond at the University of Minnesota differed from that of G. sulfurreducens PCA (NC_002939). This BioProject contains raw Illumina and PacBio reads for the MN1 strain and its derivatives, whole genome expression data, and raw reads from cloning and expression vectors.
