show Abstracthide AbstractRecent and historical tomato (S. lycopersicum) breeding lines were sequenced in 2019 and 2020. These new sequences were used to fine-map disease resistance to early blight on tomato. The sequence data were analyzed using haplotype clustering in the associated publication, helping to clarify the location and ancestry of underlying local haplotypes. The breeding lines were bred by the USDA, Cornell University and/or The Ohio State University. Seed can be requested through the gene bank or by emailing Martha Mutschler-Chu (mam13@cornell.edu). Sequences were generated by the above institutions, and by the Boyce Thompson Institute, Ithaca NY.
