SRX9486421: WGA of Caranx ignobilis: adult heart
1 PACBIO_SMRT (Sequel) run: 3.7M spots, 58.3G bases, 13.7Gb downloads

Design: Heart tissue was flash-frozen in liquid nitrogen and shipped to sequencing center on dry ice. DNA was prepared for PacBio SMRT sequencing using the SMRTbell Library kit following the protocol Procedure & Checklist - Preparing gDNA Libraries Using the SMRTbell Express Template Preparation Kit 2.0. Continuous Long-read (CLR) sequencing proceeded on 7 SMRT cells for a 10-hour movie on a PacBio Sequel.

show Abstracthide Abstract
The genome was sequenced with long (Pacific Biosciences) reads. RNA-seq reads were generated from eight tissues for transcript assembly and annotation. Samples were taken from one individual from the Pacific Ocean near Hawai'i, USA.
