SRX9486424: RNA-seq of Caranx ignobilis: adult liver
1 ILLUMINA (Illumina HiSeq 2500) run: 58.2M spots, 14.5G bases, 4.8Gb downloads

Design: Liver tissue was flash-frozen in liquid nitrogen and shipped to sequencing center on dry ice. Roche KAPA Stranded RNA-Seq kit was used to prepare cDNA for sequencing, and sequencing proceeded in Rapid Run mode for 250 cycles in 1/4 of a lane on an Illumina Hi-Seq 2500. The 8 (brain, eye, fin, gill, heart, kidney, liver, and muscle) samples were spread across 2 lanes.
