Design: The fungal strain of Trametes gallica used in this study were activated on potato dextrose agar (PDA) plate and then inoculated cultured statically in 27 kinds of liquid media and cultured statically at 28 ℃ about 10d.Total RNAs were extracted from each sample by using the Trizol Reagent (Invitrogen, USA), and treated with DNase I (Fermentas, USA) according to the manufacturer’s instructions. RNA concentrations were measured with Qubit fluorometer (Invitrogen, USA).Then the paired-end cDNA library was prepared with an insert size of 200 bp and submitted to Illumina Hiseq2000 platform for sequencing at Beijing Genomics Institute (BGI)-Shenzhen, Shenzhen, China.
