Design: After integrity inspection using Agilent 2186 Bioanalyzer, the isolated high-quality RNA was then used to construct sequencing library according to the Illuminas standard protocol, and further sequenced using the Illumina Novaseq platform with a strategy of paired-end sequencing. Three biological replications were performed for RNA sequencing.
