Study: Regulation of stem cell maintenance and lymphoid specification by the ubiquitin ligase Huwe1
show Abstracthide Abstract
The ubiquitin ligase Huwe1 regulates stem cell quiescence, maintenance and lymphoid specification by controlling the expression of N-Myc. Overall design: Thirty million human bone marrow CD34+ cells were fixed and used for ChIP and precipitated using 3 micrograms of antibody.
Sample: ChIP-seq analysis of N-Myc in human HSPCs, untreated, replicate 1
