SRX1034928: Enteromyxum leei 100 bp PE reads
1 ILLUMINA (Illumina HiSeq 2000) run: 342.6M spots, 68.5G bases, 37.9Gb downloads

Design: DNA was isolated from gilt head sea bream (Sparus aurata L.) gut infected with Enteromyxum leei trophozoites. DNA was extracted using the Qiagen DNeasy Blood & Tissue Kit following manufacturer instructions. The samples were sent for a library construction and sequencing to the Genome Sequencing & Analysis Core Resource of Duke University (Durham, NC). Paired-end sequencing of 100 bp reads, derived from fragments with a median length of 185 bp, was performed on a HiSeq 2000 platform. The data is contaminated with host DNA.
