Peanut cultivar Shitouqi is Spanish type, a famous landrace of Denghai, Guangdong, belongs to subsp fastigiata var.vulgaris, was wide adaptation, higher yield and stable. Nearly 70% of cultivars indluding favous cultivars such as Yueyou 511 and Baisha 1016, etc, bred articfially in southern China so far have blood relationships to Shitoiqi. Therefore, it played great importance in peanut production and breeding in China. To better analysis Arachis hypogaea genome (first repoted in Peanut Genome Resource database (PGR, http://peanutgr.fafu.edu.cn/, or http://210.34.81.125/ ) on Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University (FAFU) official website),we do the Resequencing using Peanut cultivar Shitouqi samples.
