10X Genomics Single Cell Gene Expression was performed to comprehensively characterize cell subpopulations within human hepatocyte-derived liver progenitor-like cells (HepLPCs). Overall design: Human primary hepatocytes could convert into expandable liver progenitor-like cells in vitro within the transition and expansion medium. Human hepatocyte-derived liver progenitor-like cells (HepLPCs) were derived from one donor and cultured in the transition and expansion medium for passage 5.
