Chlamydia muridarum genital tract infection model: CD4 T cells
Summary:
Anaysis of Chlamydia-specific CD4 T cell clones that terminate Chlamydia replication in epithelial cells via an iNOS-dependent or iNOS-independent mechanism. Results provide insight into two independent and redundant T cell mechanisms for clearing C. muridarum genital tract infections.
