Level 4The limited evidence suggests that staff and service users believe that building therapeutic relationships, in which service users feel respected, leads to less disturbed/violent incidents. Key areas to be addressed in building such relationships include limit setting, and imbalance of power.
Level 4The limited evidence suggests that service users are adversely affected by in-patient disturbed/violent behaviour.
