Diffuse arterial ectasia with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy

Jpn Heart J. 1993 Mar;34(2):235-8. doi: 10.1536/ihj.34.235.

Abstract

A 40-year-old male with known hypertrophic cardiomyopathy was admitted for catheterization. At catheterization and angiography the septum was hypertrophied to about 5.5 cm and diffuse coronary artery aneurysms were revealed. We found no previous report of coronary artery aneurysm associated with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy.
