Abstract

Atrial flutter is a common arrhythmia that can substantially reduce a patient's quality of life and increase the risk of stroke. Complex atrial flutters can pose a challenge for the invasive electrophysiologist. Catheter ablation of complex atrial flutters is discussed, with several examples provided.
