Abstract

Chronic administration of imipramine (10 mg/kg/day for 21 days) and ECS (8 daily treatments) did not change parameters of specific spinal binding sites for [3H]naloxone, [3H]DADLE and [3H]bremazocine. The results indicate that chronic antidepressant treatment does not affect spinal opioid receptors.
