Abstract

Objective: The purpose of this study is to describe the procedure for CT fluoroscopy-guided lumbar medial branch blocks and facet radiofrequency ablation.

Conclusion: CT fluoroscopic guidance allows more-precise needle tip positioning and is an alternative method for performing medial branch blocks and facet radiofrequency ablation.

Keywords: CT fluoroscopy; facet; medial branch block; radiofrequency ablation.
