Stress fracture of the first metatarsal after Keller bunionectomy

Abstract

Complications following the Keller bunionectomy procedure are reviewed. The authors particularly reference metatarsal stress fractures. They describe a first metatarsal fracture sustained postoperatively in a 58-year-old diabetic patient.
