Comparisons of miRNA-26b expression in tested cell lines by QRT-PCR. (A) Different cell lines, HUES-17, LoVo, Caco-2, HT-29 and SW480, are shown as each amplification curve for miR-26b. (B). After subtraction and normalization of the background, different levels of miR-26b are calculated by the ΔCT method, and the relative expression levels are converted into 2−ΔCT method as shown in the chart. The miR-26b expression levels between HUES-17 and LoVo cells are similar. There was no significant difference in miR-26b expression levels among Caco-2, HT-29 and SW480 cells. However, the levels of miR-26b are higher in SW480, HT-29, Caco-2 cells than those in HUES-17, and LoVo cells. Values represent the mean ± S.D. of three independent experiments, each run in triplicate.
